Weekly Goals - Sunday Morning

emoticon Happy Sunday! This week I am going to focus on my lymphedema, water retention and weight loss. But what does this really mean? Well, for starters I need to consume LESS SALT (SODIUM) in my diet. Since I have my exercising in order, I will focus on my food intake. Eat less, move more mentality. For example, looking back over my nutrition, I can say that I had way too much fast food in my diet. I shopped yesterday and plan to prepare healthier lunch options. Oh, I cannot forget to drink plenty of water and eat lots of veggies. Then, I will continue working on the goals below - Easy like Sunday Morning:

Today's Weight - 219.4 (I'm down 1.6 pounds just from yesterday)

1) Exercise at least 60 minutes per day (cardio, strength, stretching)
2) Daily Steps at least 12,000 per day
3) Sleep 6 - 7 hours per night
4) 50 Squats per day
5) 100 Crunches per day
6) Pray & Meditate for at least 30 minutes per day
