Weekly check-in: smashing goals!

Blood pressure: 108/73
I'm down 3.2 lbs from last Sunday! That's a bit more than I planned for, I'm trying to stick to a maintainable 1.5 to 2 lbs a week. My calories have averaged 1400-1500 a day (and a whopping 1700 yesterday thanks to a restaurant meal), so at 5'3" I'm not really under eating. My guess is a combination of factors, such as lowering my salt (less bloat), no longer being in the monthly bloat window, and the increased hiking from all those sunny days last week.
My neck is getting better, but it was pretty bad until last night. Sleeping and stretching helped it a lot. It's a trapezoidal knot, I can feel it but I'm having issues getting it to loosen. Usually I can relax it by stretching, but I haven't found the magic combination of stretches this time!
Today will be primarily a chore day, although I may wander out for a bit if I get through all my tasks. -- I have some work assignments to finish, an ecology midterm to study for, math homework, and an online geology quiz. Plus, I need to do meal prep for this week's lunches and finish the cosplay costumes. Luckily, laundry is already half done so I don't have that to worry about!
