Weekly Goals - Believe in Yourself

Happy Sunday! This week I plan to focus on eating less and moving more. I have been doing Leslie Sansone's walk workouts, but also challenging myself with new HIIT workouts and other walk workouts using weights. I've been drinking plenty of water too. I hope I can get my weight to continue to move in the right direction. All this week smile and believe in yourself.
Today's Weight - 218 (-1.4)
1) Exercise at least 60 minutes per day (cardio, strength, stretching)
2) Daily Steps at least 12,000 per day
3) Sleep 6 - 7 hours per night
4) Pray & Meditate for at least 30 minutes per day
