This week's goals and last week's check-in:
#1: Weight: Lose 2 lbs and get down to ~202
- I exceeded my weight loss goal last week, so I'm proud of myself right now!
#2: Get outside and hike 4+ days
- Another goal I exceeded last week. I actually got outside 6 days last week!
#3: Work- hit my 7x90 productivity goal at least 4 days (so have a 4x90 week).
-I only hit this goal once last week, so only managed a 1x90 week, but my productivity was still up over the previous week. This will be my week to achieve it!
#4: Stay on Budget Again!!!
- I did fairly well on this! I went over on the entertainment budget by $5, but stayed under on another budget category so it balances out. In fact, I may have found a way to permanently lower that other category, so that's an even bigger win.
#5: Take time to create
- I almost didn't make this goal, but last night I actually sat down and added a new page to my nature journal -- Poison Hemlock. I'm glad I did. I'm not a great artist, but I do find it relaxing to put pen to paper as I work to better my identification skills. It makes me feel like an old school botanist or naturalist from the days before digital guides and detailed photography!
The week ahead should not be too busy. I have a midterm this morning, but no other major projects for school. Thursday is registration for classes next quarter and I have my therapy appointment. Mo has a club meeting tomorrow, which is actually kind of nice because I rarely have an evening alone!
The weather is partly cloudy but not very rainy this week, so Tuesday and Thursday hikes are likely a go with the boy! I just need to be careful not to play hooky from school this week just because of a little sun -- there's less than a month left in the quarter, so it's time to buckle down! I think I will take a lighter course load next quarter :)
