It has happened again! What started with good intentions and even a plan, fizzled out just 10 days in. A business trip from the 10th to the 14th threw me off balance, and my Move More Campaign came to a screeching halt.

Could I have logged activity minutes while out of town? Absolutely!
But I didn't.

Moving on!



I had a massage appointment yesterday. My neck and shoulders always appreciate a good massage. Turns out so does my left hip, which has been bothering me for months. The official verdict is sciatica, which means, stretch more, move more, keep it gentle.

Starting over today, and will try go get as close to my 1,000 activity minute goal as I can.

I often squander unstructured downtime, by doing - - - nothing in particular.
Plan is to make better use of it, filling some of it with physical activity.
