Day 11/600 - not my best day

Woke up this morning, having gained about 1.5lbs, water weight I guess. The blood sausages and sauerkraut yesterday were quite salty, so expected a bit of gain.
Then, today I had dinner with a bunch of colleagues. Chose the restaurant (BBQ, meat forward :-) - good for me), had my mind set on what I would eat, placed the orders, paid......problem was that it was all shareable. While I stayed within my calorie target for today I felt I overate. besides, another salt loaded meal is not going to help.
But, I didn’t completely lose the day. Ate well the rest of the day, met my water goal. So, let’s check this off as a learning - chose portion, 1 plate, stick with it. Tomorrow is another day. Another win, tomorrow’s dinner out has been cancelled. So only have to stick out Thursday.
May need a couple of days to recover from the water weight gain, but very optimistic that the week will be a win.
Day 11 - 12.3 lbs down - only 187.7 lbs or 589 days to go to 220lbs
