Repeat...

Wednesday, February 26, 2020

So repeated my healthy breakfast, pushing the veggies, and low fat in all meals, hopefully my momentum will continue pass three days. Biggest thing is to remember that this I do for me. Last nights salsa chicken was a success, they had no idea it was healthly emoticon Tonight will be chicken again, because daughter bought the large package of boneless chicken breasts and didn't separate so we'll use the rest tonight , roasted veggies, with chicken and tiny potato, love this recipe because it's all done in one pan, and if you put foil on pan it's an even easier cleanup emoticon

In some pain today the damp humid weather seems to effect me negatively as this body ages, today I will most likely have to take something emoticon Not a fan of medication try to take only what's necessary. Hope everyone has a great day

I hate having to take any more meds than absolutely necessary. emoticon

I'm with you about taking meds (some carry so many side effects that then need secondary meds to compensate), and I don't take them lightly.......but sometimes they are a necessary evil.
Hope you feel better and stronger soon.
    Chicken sounds divine!

Sorry the weather is causing you pain. But glad you have medication to help.

Hope your chicken turns out delicious. Glad the family approved of the salsa chicken!
