Day 12/600 - uneventful, but on target day

Busy day at work, and only somewhat productive. Too many meeting. But, after overeating yesterday, nailed today and was back eating as planned.
Another dinner out tomorrow, so hope to do better this time. Steakhouse, so I should be OK with my protein needs. Just have to skip the sure to be shared appetizers and not dig in all the sides. Feeling confident tomorrow will be a great day. Then it’s just the home stretch to the weekend.
Naturally, added quite a bit of water weight after yesterday’s dinner, but also confident I’ll be ok by the weekend and should be down 2-3lbs for the week.
Need to focus on getting a bit more sleep. Did OK most of last year, 7+ hours on average, but recently I’m not getting enough sleep, currently getting around 6 hours.
Looking forward to ending the week strong.
