Morning all...
I'm on my week end... after 8 days of working straight, so I am relaxing a little this am...
got to sleep in, haven't really been on computer very much, I have been eating better, & getting more water.. although I have slid back a day or two ...with my cokes, think had 6 in a day during work, before going home... I would have to say it's my comfort food.. instead of drinking alcohol, I reach for a Cherry Coke... I admit I get bored with eating the same thing each night...or little variety, Tyson cooks most of the time, & he cooks what he likes... I eat less then snack later on... when I cook I like to try something new at least once a month.. if Tyson likes it.. well it becomes the one we eat a lot of for a while, then after a week or so.. I'm sick of it & don't want to eat it ever again...LOL
I am drinking more water at work & home.. I know I didn't do my chart today.. I am going to start cleaning my house while Tyson is going to get firewood.. that way he isn't in my hair..
emoticon almost end of month.. schedule more under control, which helps.

so my weight this am is : 173.4 a little less.. not much.. I'm okay with that..
time to get busy and burn some calories emoticon

    Thank you.. Really looking forward to getting new Ideas for meals, Tyson now noticing that he is Gaining weight again..LOL so now we will talk a bit more on meal planning in near future... Thank you for your support..

    Hey a little loss is movement in the right direction! I get tired of the same things too, but I am not big on salads and work all day - so it has to be quick! Not to mention making some healthy lunches for at work, which are usually leftovers... My go to has been making egg scrambles. It's getting old. So are chicken breasts, no matter how I make them! Great job on drinking that water. I need to do better there! Good job on the weight loss!

    it is a struggle at tine trying to eat the same foods over and again. i guess we have to work withing the plan. Nice job on your weight loss.

    I get tired of the same things as well. I try to cook something different every week or two and experiment with some stuff from time to time.
