Week 8: 2/19/20 - 2/25/20

I had a decent week last week. Lost about half a pound despite Fat Tuesday celebrations. Over 100 flights of stairs last week and a better average of steps. I have downloaded an app and some podcasts on my phone so now I am walking at lunch each day with some entertainment to keep me going. I have given up sweats for Lent along with my kids and that will be a great discipline. I’m still a turtle’s pace, but I’m consistently headed in the right direction!
