Day 14/600 - good run so far

Finishing the week on a high note. Great day, productive, made the right food choices. Didn’t have any cravings. Still have energy left after a long day. Feeling alert, through most of the day.

Things are going well. Besides 2 days where I overdid it with salty foods, I have been able to control my carb intake.

Looking forward to the weekend. Although work work needs to be done, I will commit to doing some things around the house. For sure don’t want to end up sitting around all weekend.

Super happy that things are going so well again. Next week have some more tests to pass - another 2 or 3 dinners out. Don’t love that, as it’s a lot easier if I take my dinners at home. But, I did this in the past, I know I can do it again, and I will do it again.

Weekend should be a breeze. No special events, all meals planned and I’ll cook them myself. So no worries the next few days. Need to start to get more exercise in though. Must work on that.


Day 14 - 12.9 lbs down - only 187.1 lbs or 586 days to go to 220lbs
