Day 15/600 - food prep

Great, productive day. Spent most of the day cooking and prepping food, for the dog and myself. Have been really good and didn’t “taste” all day. In the past I coulld eat enough calories by just tasting and grazing all day.
Enough food prepped for next week. This week cooked osso bucco, veal shot ribs, pork shanks. Again, haven’t cooked these in a while, so looking forward to eating them.
Ate as planned, got my water in. All good today. Looking forward to a great day tomorrow.
Day 15 - 16.7 lbs down - only 183.3 lbs or 585 days to go to 220lbs
