I started back on Noom about 6 weeks ago. The first time I did it, I didn't lose any weight at all --- mostly because it's hard work, and I was either too distracted or lazy or just not ready. It's so much easier and quicker on MediWeightLoss, but I can't afford that right now, and on the second go-around, Noom is working for me. It's just slooooooowww. I have lost about five pounds, and I have been eating much better and exercising every day. I'm going to keep it up!
