Week 9: 2/26/20 - 3/3/20

Well that was a better week than the previous. I lost 2.2 pounds last week. I continued with more walks, steps and stairs. I gave up sweets for Lent and that is a great thing; a true discipline for me and the kids.

So onward I go - baby steps in the right direction!
