February Review/March Goals

My February goals were:

1. Continue on the vegan meal plan including avoiding all of the unhealthy choices including sugar and oils. Continue attending the THIP program. emoticon

2. Follow and track the Daily 12 checklist of the items to be included each day. emoticon

3. Continue drinking 10 or more cups of water daily. emoticon

4. Be consistent with exercise:
Monday/Wednesday/Friday - 75 minute Yoga plus 30 minute walk and 10 minute stretching including intense stretch, my yoga pose for the month emoticon

Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday 60 minute walk, 10 minute stretching including intense stretch, my yoga pose for the month emoticon

Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday - minimum 15 minute strength workout - Still working on this

Sunday – rest day with a minimum of 10 minutes walk and 10 minute stretch including intense stretch, my yoga pose for the month emoticon


For March I plan to keep the same goals.
