Day 21/600 - back on track

Finishing the week on a high note. Had a great day and energy left this evening. Didn’t get home all drained and exhausted. Felt like a long week, but quite productive. Overcame a couple of challenges and set backs, but all good now.
Looking forward to the weekend. Have been getting more and more active, so want to make sure I get some work done around the house.
Plan on cooking and meal prepping this week. Half for me, half for the dog. Just figured out that my dog‘s food costs me twice as much as mine. Especially lately, as I have been coking more „variety“ meats.
Had some slow-cooked veal short ribs today that I prepped last weekend, and it was awesome. Have been getting away from steaks and grilled recently, feels to easy/lazy, so I have been putting effort into cooking more slow cooked items.
All good for now. Super positive. Let‘s make this weekend count!!!
