Bloat this week

wine definitely creates a little bloated tummy the next morning. I'm also coming up to my period so I know I'm holding onto some extra water. My goal is still 2-3L a day of water, sometimes I reach it sometimes no. It's much easier when I'm not at work since I can have a water bottle with me all day. At work it has to sit in the back room.
On a non food related note - I like the squat rack in the ladies only area in my gym. I squatted 20kg (44lbs) 3 x 8 reps. My quads are feeling it today! Note to self do a better warm up, my muscles felt cold going into the squats and I think that's why I'm so sore today.
