List one positive thing

My blog yesterday got such a positive response that I thought I'd do another one today that again focuses on taking small positive steps in any area of life. This is one simple way to take control of the stress from the virus.
My positive step today was moving some boxes that were cluttering up our house after my wife asked me to move them. I killed two birds with one stone by doing this and making her happy :).
Also, today is Day 115 of my 10+ fitness minutes streak. My highlight today was taking my dog Flash on a 20-minute walk/hike.
