Weekly Goals - Higher Limits

Happy Sunday! Since the schools are closed for 3 weeks, I've been working from home which means I am sitting and eating a lot more than normal work days. My adjustment was horrible, my anxiety level is still high and my emotions are all over the place. This week I will focus on cardio, strength training, my daily step goal and my sleep goal. Stay healthy!

Today's Weight - 220 (+3.2)

1) Exercise at least 60 minutes per day / BONUS - 120 minutes
2) Daily Steps at least 12,000 per day / BONUS - 13,500 steps
3) Sleep 6 - 7 hours per night / BONUS - 8 hours
