How Is Everyone Doing?

I just wanted to post here with these very interesting times we're having, globally. How is everyone? It's not just a local jurisdiction but every one is feeling this COVID-19 problem.

As for me, I've been working from home this past week but this upcoming couple of weeks I will be on vacation, although it will be a stay-cation obviously! I had plans to reorganize and purge a lot of stuff around the house and repair things... I can do this still! I think that daily meditation will be a good practice to go for. And, I plan on keeping up with my daily exercise... running/walking on a treadmill or walking/running outside when weather permits. I have some weights and I can always do pushups and pull-ups and sit-ups from home!! Jumping jacks are easy! If you don't have dumbbells then maybe cans or bags of somewhat heavy things can substitute for a little weight training. We can all do this, if I can you can!! :)

I'm making the commitment to keep on going, hopefully you all are too!!!

Stay very safe everyone!! Make sure that if you go out, and if you are interacting with anyone, don't touch your face until you go home and also take off all your clothes to wash them and take a shower. I thought that was great advice and I'm taking precautions.

    I'm hanging in there. Empty milk jugs filled or partly filled with water make good weights.
