Week 12: 2/17/20 - 3/24/20

OK. So I missed a few weeks checking in but all is well. Two weeks ago I was asked to take business trip; a flight to a hot zone for coronavirus. Two weeks later I am so grateful that I don’t have any symptoms. I have two younger kids and a disabled husband. I can’t get sick. I can’t die. Our ERs are already overrun. There is no space and no equipment. We are hunkered down with plenty of supplies and will remain for a long time.
I have lost weight each of the past few weeks and stared a walking and weight lifting routine. I am both working from home and helping homeschool my kids. It’s a lot but we are healthy and safe for now.
