"Possibilities...we all have them!"
After I wrote my blog yesterday, I laid down on my bed and slept for another 2 or 3 hours. Boy was I tired and the rain helped me sleep!
When I woke up, I decided to listen to a High School friend who is a pastor give a sermon on FB. I also decided since my son has chosen his path during this time, because I am alone, I would start daily posting something I am doing so my friends and family know I am okay daily!
As I ate my noon meal, I turned on my Disney movie of the day 'The Living Desert' from 1953. It was so boring, I turned it off!!! I then looked up our 13th president Millard Fillmore. I didn't find out that much about him other then he was the 1st president to build his own home and live in his own home. It was a plain small home and his burial site was plain as well!
As I watched mindless TV, I decided to organize myself. After doing so, I was in a much better mood!
I did learn that I need to get ready for bed earlier because while I watch TV, I fall asleep. Then I wake myself up, getting ready for bed-grrr!
Yes, Pres Trump has extended the stay at home for another month!
Today I woke up to sunshine and the birds singing which tells me Spring is here! I know that I am in a good place mentally in my healing process. My son is not. He's the only piece of my healing process that is not good. I just need to keep praying!
I finished book #2 from my tearoom mystery series. I do wish they would some how allow us to check out more books. I use books to relax before bed which I can't do with e-books. So I will re-read my 'little house' series after I've read book #3!
The suggested act of kindness for day 2 of the lent study I am doing is: To offer to help a new mom or single mom financially, physically, or spiritually.
Day 5 of WI shut down is history!
