Training Rocky style

Mood is unstable, so is motivation and everything else.
I put a bag of unused salt from the winter in a backpack and i'm training with it, it's 10kg. I'll be able to add some weight if needed along the way. Squats, lunges, twists. I'll try to find some upper body exercises as well. I go for long walks when people are back home. I keep telling myself that, right now, despite all that goes wrong in the world at the moment, is an unexpected chance to take care of business, and by business i mean unwanted fat on my body :) among other health related stuff. I hope i can get to the point where i could try running again soon.
So yeaaaah :) A quick update.
