Time For Me Again...Want to join me?

You ever want to kick yourself in the a$$? I've fallen way off track and I'm currently not happy with myself. I've disappointed me. But today is a new day! I have all the tools necessary to get back to healthy. My plan is to walk/hike daily; drink at least 8 glasses of water a day; and log all food. I plan to eat a low carb diet and fast intermittently. I'm only going to weigh in the first of every month...the darn scale will NOT rule my life! I also measured and recorded my numbers!

So if you are looking to inspire and be inspired...join me! Set some goals for yourself and let's do this!

    You'll knock this, I know you will.

    I've found a Fitbit more helpful than I thought it would be. My son has one. He and I have friendly competitions. If you have or get one, let me know on my Facebook page, and we can challenge each other. I've also been riding an exercise bike when it's not nice enough outdoors. Listening to music or watching a video while cycling makes the time fly. I've lost about a pound a week since starting this. I also eat about half of what I'd like to, keep foods varied, and about 4 times a day.

    I haven't been on SP for a long time. I will probably close my account soon. Having a couple last looks around and saw your post.
