You ever want to kick yourself in the a$$? I've fallen way off track and I'm currently not happy with myself. I've disappointed me. But today is a new day! I have all the tools necessary to get back to healthy. My plan is to walk/hike daily; drink at least 8 glasses of water a day; and log all food. I plan to eat a low carb diet and fast intermittently. I'm only going to weigh in the first of every month...the darn scale will NOT rule my life! I also measured and recorded my numbers!
