2020 5% Spring Challenge - Flying to Angkor, Cambodia

The plane is taking off...great time to flying virtually since most are stuck at home.
This week I am flying to Angkor and on the way I will be trying to drink 8 glasses of water a day and sticking to a routine.
5:15 - Wake up (except on Saturday & Sunday) - Quiet time/Computer Time
7:00 - Exercise
9:00 - Work
12:00 - Lunch
1:00 - Work
3:00 - Snack
6:00 - Home/Supper
7:00 - Time with Family
9:00 - Walk Dogs/Computer Time
10:00 - Bedtime
PS. I still work and this is my workweek schedule.
Weekends are much more relaxed. And most of the are numbers are what I call "ish" numbers...meaning give or take 30 minutes either way.
