I still go for walks by myself. Avoiding people at all cost. One thing, I noticed is that the wildlife is blissfully unaware of what is going on with us humans. It is a relief and reassurance that life is still normal for other lifeforms.

This week we are not supposed to go grocery shopping or pharmacy which had been essential, go figure)
    I am hi-risk so I m on my 20th day of self-isolation.

I have to be extra careful because of balance. Only out when I take my fur-baby out.

Here in Ohio they say this Stay Home could go on for weeks to months.

We also get out walking a bit every day. We live in a rural area and there is not much chance that we will run into anyone.

I think we are the only creatures who LIVE in fear or anxiety. God takes care of the plants and animals and the Bible assures us, he cares for us way more than for them---so DO NOT WORRY. He takes excellent care of the beautiful flowers , how much more will he care for us?
Walking is good. I really miss my walks down these mountain roads. Of course the way back up was tough, but it was a good workout.
Health prevents me from walking anymore.
