things i need to look up...
how to quilt
how to get out of bed in the morning

i am so fed up with the constant battle in my head to get out of bed in the morning .. i have an internal argument every single day just to get myself out of that warm, snuggly, comfortable bed
i have meditation to help me sleep.. i have meditation to calm my anxiety .. is there meditation to help me shift my backside out of that bed before half the day is gone?

as for the quilting, i have material squares and i want to make a baby blanket for my new grand daughter who is due in August and also one for my grandson so he doesn't feel left out when the baby comes... that doesn't leave me long so i better get on with it soon
