I keep coming back to this place, my health is heavy on my mind and one of my biggest stressors, I know I need to get the weight off I have heard it most of my life. I need to change my thinking and reframe it all.

What that will entail I do not know completely , all I know is that I can do this without spending a lot of money on programs, I dont want to be in the diet group of millions of masses, I want to be true to myself and be myself and do what works for me not thousands of other people. This week I have been here more and listened to my spark coach more and set goals for myself, and that was progressive. This journey is about weight loss but also changing the way I think about things and how I look at myself.

    Hi. You can do this. Making small changes at first that then become habits over time is a good way to start. Making healthy choices for one meal per day and getting 10 minutes of any kind of exercise can improve your well being and motivate you to do

    Right, it's a lifestyle change. Focusing on weight only and not changing eating and movement will lead to gaining the weight back
