Weird times pushing me down but gotta push forward!

just a short one. I fell off SparkPeople. Just fell and didn't feel like getting back up again. With everything going on, I just feel like being with my family and not paying attention to anything else. Well, that stalled my weight loss and even put me up. The past week I refocused and exercised every day.
still didn't lose anything. Not even a half-pound. It's because I haven't been drinking water, no fasting, nothing. Just eating what I want basically.
I thought maybe if I blogged a bit, it might help.
So, I'm going to turn things around. I won't let all of my efforts of the past year take over! I'm going to work hard this week and get going. I still have so many goals i want to reach!
My goal trip was canceled because of the pandemic. I was looking forward to reaching my goal weight and having a blast. But everything got messed up. No spring break. No Easter family celebration, no birthday party with my daughter and no goal trip. It also looks like our 10 year anniversary trip is canceled as well. It was supposed to be this amazing year filled with celebrations.
But being negative won't help me. I have to be positive and keep pushing forward. The best thing I can do for myself is to be positive. Keep exercising because it makes me feel great! Play with my kids, be their teacher, drink tons of water, and just keep at it!
So, here's to losing weight at home. Here's to reaching my goals and adjusting no matter what situation!
