Nice day today. Went and volunteered at the distribution center. emoticon

Then I came home and watched the press conference. Getting used to listening to these conferences. emoticon

Then I had an appointment for trigger point injections in the muscles in my back. They sound painful...but they use a freezer spray first and the needle isn't very big. They help with my chronic pain. I had physical therapy in 2018 and it just didn't take care of the pain. And I don't want to have surgery. emoticon

He also gave me a prescription for massages. My LMT is able to take my insurance. emoticon

    It was hot here today again, and the air quality was in bad range. Stayed indoors until I had a doctor appointment late afternoon. Did some work around the house, and exercised indoors today.
    I sure hope that the shots will be helpful for you. Nice you got out to the distribution center today. Awe those massages should feel wonderful, and hope they help.
    Wishing you are fantastic weekend, but we really don't have much to do away from home, these days. We just have to find things to entertain ourselves with things we enjoy doing at home. Some day down the road life will become more interesting when we can get out and about.

    I worked today at my regular job. Now I am home with a three day weekend for knitting and crocheting. (and maybe a little housework and yard work...) It was showery today, but sunshine predicted for the weekend and around 70F.
