Hey fam. We made it to May. Hope you’re all healthy and safe out there.

Sooo...I decided to join this team challenge. Between my sprained foot from February and working from home, even though I work out 5-6 days a week, I have become much more sedentary. Consequently, I am challenging myself to be mindful about moving more.
