BLC 43 SMART Goals & More

I will preface this with please don't be that person that tells me xyz are not good for you or blah, blah, blah. This is my way of life, this is MY life, my choices and I have educated myself more about this way of eating and listen to what my body needs. Namaste

My SMART goals for this round are to focus on getting healthier not so much the scale (although that will be a bonus).

Specific - I will fast 16:8 every day. I will exercise 5 times a week for a minimum of 20 minutes daily. I will eat Keto with one "cheat" meal a month.

Measurable - I will use a fasting app LIFE to track my fasting hours, Carb Manager app for tracking food, and Fitbit will track my exercise.

Achievable - Yes they are.

Relevant - Yes it is.

Timestamp - will focus on my goals for this round and then reevaluate them to see if adjustments are needed.

I have debated and debated about sharing my photos. I have decided to be brave and share them, step out of my comfort zone and face the reality of what it is.
