Starting again: Grateful that my circle is surviving the unimaginable. And yeah, ... I fell into the pit of $&!#, woke up in terror for my family, felt sorry for myself and let my sheeplike actions be someone else’s decisions.
All routines are now in question but maybe looking everything with new eyes is the way to go. Logging and journaling completes this because the pull of bad choices can be distracting — it is the nature of addiction to paint bad habits with a vivid voice over and over.
