My goal for this round is to lose 6 pounds and measure less around the mid-section.
How to get there:
1) redo the 12-week Wildfit challenge I did last year, but at an accelerated rate so I will be done in about 6 weeks;
2) meal planning!!!
3) alternate Chalean Extreme and Barre Blend workouts - 5 days/week between both of them;
4) get out and walk every day - even if it is only 10 minutes - every day it is not actually raining
5) spend a few minutes a day either meditating or tapping.
