I am still busting my butt every day. Although my SP may not show it...2-3 workouts daily, maintaining 100+ pounds of weight loss and just going with the flow.
I see that yesterday I was featured as an SP motivator of the day. So I thought I better make an appearance.
I got a new fitness tracker a few months ago, Samsung Active 2 but neither my watch nor Samsung Health sync with SP...for this reason, I sure miss my Versa...Fitbit interface is really phenomenal, especially when it comes to syncing with so many other health and fitness apps. I will have to see what they come up with next year, since I reward myself with a new fitness tracker every year and donate my old one to help get someone else started on their fitness journey.
This morning's workout included 3 Miracle Miles with Leslie and 20 Minute Barefoot Fusion Sculpt with Jessica smith
I even managed to take the twins (my 3yo grandsons) out for a walk. They walked just shy of 1.5 miles with me on our 40-minute outing...you would think they would be tired and wanting a nap, but nope, just me.
Aren't they the cutest.
Now just waiting for my son-in-law to get home from work so I can head out for my run...well training intervals...running without walk breaks doesn't happen much these days after having knee surgery in December of 2018...but I will take what I can get because I was told I would never run again. Ran a 10K on Thanksgiving with a knee brace, now I am retraining so I can run a 10K without one.
