excuse busting self talk

Probably my greatest excuse for not eating the best and not exercising is I'm tired and I don't want to cook or I'm tired I don't want to exercise. So here's my self talk.

Girl, it takes no more energy to make an omelet than it does to drive through a drive-through, and besides, this is WHY you have frozen dinners in your freezer. Eating healthy will help you feel better physically and emotionally and give you energy. That's much better than "Fat Fried anything."

Girl, if you take a walk you just might find out you have more energy. Your body will wake up and you know you will feel better about yourself. Just get 10 minutes in and then see how you feel.

    Yes! A body at rest tends to stay @ rest. A body in motion tends to stay in motion. Our bodies are designed to move. Good for you for moving!

    And for sure, it's so easy to make something like an omelet and much healthier than take out.

    I think many of us have those frank talks with ourselves. I know I do better with doing what is 'best' if and when I have had a decent night sleep. But when sleep deprived, exercise is hard. But you are right, ten minutes even--has its benefits.
