Another blog for another spotlight day

Thank you for a second time around 5% Spring Challenge W,R,J&G spotlight day. The weather is warmer, and I am getting out of the house a little more. As usually happens with these challenges, my weight loss happens fastest at the beginning of the challenge. I have made some good, healthy changes to my eating, and I am getting out for longer walks. Currently, I have a 60 day spark streak for 10,000+ steps per day. The weight loss has gone from 2 lbs./week to 1 lb/week, to this week no loss/gain. I am committed to keeping focused. For me, there are less temptations to eat indulgently during isolation: no restaurants, no DQ, no office snacks/meals, no family meals/celebrations...In addition to eating healthier foods, I am now trying to really focus on reducing calorie consumption, and increasing exercise intensity. Hope everyone else is doing well. 2 weeks to the finish line for this challenge.
