Week three results:

Weight 122.5
Water : 7/7 days
Calories - 5/7 days I was within range. I was way over one day and way under the next. If you average out my week, I consumed 1997/day.
Fruit & veggies: 7/7
Cardio: 7 hours 2 minutes (GOAL+)
Strength: 1/7 days - Nothing except TBW on Monday - no excuses
Overall feeling: very good

Week four results:

Weight 121.5
Water : 6/7 days
Calories - 1/7 days I was within range. Two days I was under, one I didn't track, three I was over! I'm so ashamed.
Fruit 3/7, Veggies 4/7
Cardio: 6 hours 46 minutes (GOAL+)
Strength: 2/7 days - TBW & yoga on Monday, Core training on Tuesday
Overall feeling: unsatifactory

Wow! I've NEVER had a week like this one.
