Food. I am leaving the 180's only 1.1 pounds away! I am 2 pounds away from am important milestone, being overweight not obese. That is only a 7,350 calorie deficit away and I can be there Saturday the last weigh of the 2020 Spring 5% Challenge on Saturday. I will stay out of the kitchen. Hubby will help me by retrieving my Slimfast, and feeding the dogs. I can think of reasons to stay out - no cooking, no clean up, no decision making about what I will eat. I have lingered in the 180's for 5 1/2 months, and will not make it 6 months. Good enough, I can do it!

Sleep. I have taken sleeping pills the last 2 nights, so I stay in bed and don't wander into the kitchen for a midnight feed.

Exercise. Today I am walking in the forest with Rebel. She to run and sniff, and I listen to my audiobook - currently listening to 'The Book of Gutsy Women'. The time goes by quickly. I am flying through the house cleaning 5 minutes in each room. In the afternoon I am doing a little yard work and 5 minutes on my recumbent exercise bike (been ignoring it).

NOOM. I am still checking in daily so I must be getting something from it. The site was set up by psychologist to provide motivation. That part seems to be ok.
