Trying Times. Psalm 25:1-7. May 27 2020.

“To you O Lord I lift up my soul.” Psalm 25:1

It does not matter who you are, both rich and poor, saved and unsaved, male or female, or young or old, we all will face problems in life. We live in a fallen world, so we can expect trouble. However , when we become a child of God, He gives us guidance on how to face them. He also strengthens you to face them head on.

None of us knows what the future holds. The best way to prepare for any crisis is to seek the Lord when our lives are free from problems. When we become used to seeking the Lord when we are problem free, then it will be easier to seek Him in the dark times.

I have noticed that many of us decide on a coarse of action when things are going well without seeking the mind of God. We could avoid many bad choices by going to God first. We should never move forward until we have heard from God our Father. We can be assured that when we call upon Him , He will answer as He is faithful.

Most of the time God will use His Word to reveal to us what we need to do. Sometimes its through a Christian friend and other times it can be through a personal revelation.

Release your trials to the Lord in prayer. He will help you to overcome them.
Trust in Him and obey His Word . He is faithful.
