It has been a joy to experiment and try new recipes as well as to make more tried and true meals. At the moment I have enough backed chicken, manicotti, and chili to last until the end of May. We had some of the leftovers tonight. I also made a double batch of hummus today. I love it with Triscuit crackers for a fiber boost and yummy part of lunch or snack times. It has been strange to eat out less, but also a great blessing.
