I am in the 170's!!!! 7 Slimfasts to Go!!!!

When I approached the scale, I was going into battle with the scale. I stepped on, glanced down and was ecstatic! I am officially in the 170's! That is a huge milestone! I am at 179.6 zooming my way to 179.0 pounds (a 2100 calorie deficit) which moves my BMI from obese to overweight. WooHoo!
Coincidentally this week I got a call from the surgeon's office to schedule my surgery. I asked for next March and was told this is the last year I could defer it to... so I said the end of October. That puts a pressure on me to speed up my weight loss. I am 50 pounds from where I want to be, so I have to lose 10 pounds a month to get there. A few years ago I lost 10 pounds a month for 3 months, so I know I can do it. Unfortunately I didn't keep all that weight off.
Food. Slimfast, tea, coffee, water, chicken broth, Kool Aid slushies 0 calories, and low calorie Jello. I am staying out of the kitchen but I hear hubby rustling around but I am ok with that, I am on a mission.
Sleep. Yep still taking a sleeping pill to stay asleep and out of the kitchen.
Exercise. Rebel did a great job of pawing at me to get up and go walking. Tomorrow I want to get out earlier in the day, so tonight I will set myself up for success. Lay out clothes for tomorrow, get to bed early, set an alarm, jump out of bed, do a quick morning get ready and out the door. No laying in bed reading the online news!

I am trying figure out what our Covid-19 provincial status is. We are still in a state of emergency for another 2 weeks, but the schools open June 1st. What? We are to continue physical distancing efforts, and we should have a better idea by mid-June of how measures to slowly reopen the province have affected the spread of the disease. Take advantage of parks and other activities closer to home and look to increase social interactions only after fully considering the risks to you and your family. This slow and thoughtful approach is our 'new normal. It is grounded in what we know about COVID-19 today and will continue to be adapted as we learn more in the weeks and months ahead."
So we decided to book campsites for this summer. We have booked at 2 places, 5 night at each place. Then we are doing 14 nights at another one which should be lake front.
OK time to have a Slimfast.
