My goals for June

1 - No snacks (that's my eating plan)
2 - Complete the SP 30 day Walk This Way Challenge
3 - Do the first 30 days of Linda Spangle's 100 Days of Weight Loss book with that team
4 - Attempt a new Christian Exercise video 5 days a week
5 - Write all my food and exercise in a notebook
6 - Move more - that means doing some cleaning, gardening and tidying/organising 5 days a week
7 - Pray before I eat anything
