I have enjoyed having an walking partner for over 15 years. It definitely helps me get up and go when I would rather not. We have also become very good friends over this time.
I have a new challenge, it has actually been giving me fits for over a year but now I know it has to do with changes in my L5-L1 discs in my back and spinal stenosis. So I will be looking for more ways to exercise without being on my feet. Standing and walking causes me to have more and more nerve pain which in turn makes sleep hard to get.
Today I plan to ride my recumbent bike. So, looking for exercise partners that would like to chat on the phone while we pedal. I reached out to one friend who has done this with me before but no word yet. I will probably be doing some of these seated exercise videos on here also.
