I have a hard time when people offer me food. Most of the time I accept it. Probably because I love to eat. And junk food are some of my favorites. I do a little better at home. I try not to buy things I know are not good for me.

Moderation is the key in my life.

I liken it to walking the tightrope---narrow and the temptations are always there. We all have to find our way and what works for each of us. Best wishes for success.

Success in trying to eat healthy foods is what we want to accomplish daily. Some times it just doesn't happen, for one reason or another---mostly we give in to some thing tempting. That is the day, you tell yourself, I can and will do better tomorrow, because you know you have done so most days.

I agree it we have to work at saying no not today when junk food talks to us it a hard be we can can do it. in visit to the store at time. The big thing to remember is don't beat your self up dust off and keep moving.

"Tis a lesson you should heed. Try, try, try again.
If at first you don't succeed, Try, try try again."
    ~William Edward Hickson

We ARE doing this. We're doing it right now. Today. Maybe imperfectly but we ARE doing it.
