Week1 Blog/ Aspire & Inspire....June Goals

A tad late with my June goals, but better late then never. So here goes:
So many of you know I am now again struggling with what I am able to do. I am finding out even through my mind wants me to go, go, go, do, do, do my body is saying what the heck are you doing to me, what are you trying to proof? See its hard for me because I am a very determined, high power person. I am use to pushing myself.But this month I had to do some rethinking, and switch things up. For I don't want to go, go,go, do, do and end up regretting it and in the long run make things worst. So instead of focusing so much on my physically active, I am focusing this month to self care.
Doing little things like pamper my feet so when I can be back at it my feet are good to go.
Taking care of my skin, so its not rough, dried out and old looking.
Spending more time meditating so my heart, mind, soul stay healthy.
Eating my whole grain, plant base food.
Keep up on water.
Self care is a huge part of a healthy, happy, lifestyle too. Keeping a positive attitude & a good mindset,, yep that's what I am working on for this month.
