Maybe Just in Time

For some reason I'm very resistant to getting medical tests done. But last year I found a GP I really love. She listens to what I say and doesn't make me feel judged. So when she suggested mammogram and bone density tests, I followed through. The mammogram was great! No problems there. However, my bone density test showed thinning of the bones. So I will continue to walk daily and take calcium + D3 supplements.
Maybe I started this diet just in time! Less weight to carry must be better for my bones. That and with the added calcium and vitamin D should hopefully prevent osteoporosis and broken bones.
I think I will stick with it!
