I am trying to set up small rewards that I get once I hit milestones... Obviously something besides food... my ultimate weight loss reward is ziplining in the mountains.
I try to do something small for each 5 pounds lost... then some a bit bigger for 10 pounds, then bigger for each 25 pounds I lose.
My first 5 pound reward is a new notebook (I am obsessed with cute notebooks)
Do you reward yourself along the way to keep your motivation going? What kind of rewards do you do? I need some new ideas. : )
