Ready for something new

It's been 3.5 years since I last updated my blog. I have lost weight, gained weight over and over again. I am going to try fasting as a way to clear my head, free up time, and lose weight. I will start with a 13/11 fast, which is pretty easy...then move up to a 16/8 fast.
Eventually, I'd like to try fasting every other day. The people that are doing it have so much clarity and energy. So I will give it a month and see how it goes!
