Ready for something new

It's been 3.5 years since I last updated my blog. I have lost weight, gained weight over and over again. I am going to try fasting as a way to clear my head, free up time, and lose weight. I will start with a 13/11 fast, which is pretty easy...then move up to a 16/8 fast.

Eventually, I'd like to try fasting every other day. The people that are doing it have so much clarity and energy. So I will give it a month and see how it goes!

    I do like the Mediterranean diet and also read a lot at Blue Zones (they study places that have longevity). With the fasting, I’ve found I have a lot more time during fasting times, because I’m not planning and preparing meals! 😂

    I would love to know how you do with it. I have started learning a bit more. There is a documentary on Gaia.com that I watched. Like you Im up and down...total yoyo dieter and I want to find something that works long term.

    Have you tried the Mediterranean diet/lifestyle? I really love it and it works for life. It’s been a struggle for me too, I totally understand what you’ve gone through.
