Good and bad days

This week back on track has been rough..to say the least. I definitely am breaking bad habits though. I got into the really bad habit of waking up early and eating a huge breakfast. That led to a huge lunch and snacks and dinner.

Slowly, I'm coming back to eating much lighter. I wake up and delay breakfast as long as possible. The kids usually sleep in until 9 now so it's easy for me to wait until they wake up after my run. I then eat something as minimal calorie-wise as possible.

I've been loving soup, salad, and eggs. I hate eating the same thing every day though. I'm not sure I'll be able to do intermittent fasting like I used to do. It does work though.

I went for my walk this morning but had some energy so I went ahead and run as much as I could! It felt great to be out there again. Still cloudy out, we call it June gloom here.

It starts out cloudy then becomes beautiful and gorgeous in the afternoon, sometimes hot. It was like that the day I got married too on July 10th......TEN Years ago!!

I still can't believe our 10 year anniversary is coming up!

Still bummed out that our huge anniversary celebration has been canceled. We were planning on going to Hawaii!! Ah well. Another year right?

We're still planning on maybe an Airbnb close by or something. We are pretty paranoid though. Everything is opening up again but the numbers aren't good...

Anyways, I wanted to address that I did have a slip-up yesterday. I straight up binged. It was in the afternoon after I was good all day. I was stressed out from working and the kids and just went crazy!

I didn't hit the drive-thru though. I just grabbed random things around the kitchen along with the meal I cooked for the kids and just ate it all.....

sometimes I realize I have a big problem with food. I have this weird addict mentality. I've been losing and gaining weight for years...why can't I just maintain for years?

Ok, enough reflecting. I have a lot to get done today.

I'm going to try to be active again on here. I'd love accountability friends, I just feel like I have zero time during the day. But I'll try!
